Booking & Cancellation Policies

I am more than happy to work with you as a client when cancellations and rescheduling comes up, because I know that life happens! However, I do have policies are in place to protect both mine and all client's time + health. Please review the policies prior to booking. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING BEFORE 24 HOURS If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment start time to avoid the Cancellaiton Fee. WITHIN 24 HOURS If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment start time, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the service you booked for. (*Extenuating circumstances will be considered.) APPOINTMENT NO-SHOWS No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. (*Extenuating circumstances will be considered.) SICK POLICY If you are sick, please reschedule. If you come in visibly sick, we will reschedule and you will be charged 100% of your service fee.
