  • Upon booking, you will be prompted to pay either a $5 (without removal) or $10 deposit (with removal) to secure your appointment.  This ensures we are able to enforce our cancellation and no-show policies and serve all of our clients with the best nail day!

  • I get it, running late is frustrating for everyone involved! However, it's important to me to respect the time of each client who walks into my salon. If you are running over 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be rescheduled and the same cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to your card. . This allows us to honor all appointment times after yours. Please shoot me a text or DM if you are running behind!

  • I hate that you're not feeling well! Let's respect and protect all of our Audrah's Nails clients by staying home and rescheduling our nail day. If you do show up to your appointment visibly sick, we will reschedule and you will be charged the no-show fee of 100%. We would hate to do this, but need to keep everyone healthy! Please reach out ASAP so we can get you rescheduled & avoid any policy fees :)

  • Life happens! If you need to reschedule your nail day, please do so prior to 24 hours of your appointment start time. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your start time, the cancellation policy of 50% of your service charge still applies. This fee helps us cover costs if we aren't able to fill your slot on such short notice. I do understand there are extenuating circumstances at times, so please don't hesitate to reach out!

  • If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment time without prior communication to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service cost. Unfortunately, when there are no-shows, we have no opportunity to fill the missed appointment slot, and need to ensure we are projecting costs effectively. That being said, I do understand there are extenuating circumstances; please reach out and communicate if this is the case.
